The resort is beautifully located right in front of the beach. The manager - Mr Nawaz upgraded us to Sea front rooms. He also allowed us late checkout till 2pm at a nominal cost since the rooms were available and our flight was late in the evening. The staff was professional and polite. Food was a little average with not much variety available in seafood.

Property ambience is quite good with a very good beach view and swimming pool facilities is also good, apart from these there is no much facilities. Especially there was no SPA facilities. Then frequent power cut was really a bad experience for us and the AC was not working properly. Restaurant food was just below average only.

We completed the booking in horror as the property needs serious Pest control. We observed Ants all over the floor and lizards on the hotel room (Room no. 202). The incident was observed after 22:30-23:00. We observed couple of lizards in the room fighting and one of then fall on bedroom floor waking us up . When we try to drive the fallen lizard away it got into under our bed. We tried to report the same to the property manager but failed to locate him at that moment.   My 7 years old kid was scared and denied getting in the bed. Finally we managed to make him comfortable on  the chairs that was placed in the room.

mentioned as resort but it is only a small unit with few rooms looks like hostel rooms for the rate we are paying we can get good hotels in alpy nothing motivates us to stay here everything is overpriced

It's in a remote location, no transport available for local sightseeing hotel staff is untrained, they take long for any service even need to be reminded no. of times food service is very slow Swimming pool is not clean

Like the way of property it's good as it's on beach otherwise staff not copratice only 2 member in staff 1 guard how is old men.

Location was nice, with a small beach in front, but the hotel itself is very basic. It is just a small building with 10 rooms on a tiny property. There is no reception or a proper restaurant. Though you can order food from their menu, well in advance, which can be delivered to the room or you can eat in a designated area with chairs and tables. They don't allow outside food, with the excuse being that you might get food poisoning, more likely that otherwise no one would order from their menu. The housekeeping is run in an extremely unprofessional way. Our bathroom had no toiletries, which we had to ask for multiple times, only receiving some of them several hours after check-in. The place is mainly run by a person as manager, who didn't seem to care much about hospitality. Of the six places we stayed in Kerala over our 訂房網站, this was the only disappointing one. If it's showing anything more than 4k per night for you to book, do know that it's really not worth it.

Location was nice, food was okay, amenities were so so, but the services and housekeeping were downright bad. It is a very small place with 10 rooms, definitely not a resort. This place would be okayish for 4-5k or less range, but we paid significantly more and were left quite disappointed by what we got for it.
